Emergency Room or Urgent Care?

You should immediately go to the Emergency Room if:

  • Severe wounds or broken bones
  • Experiencing signs of a heart attack (including chest pains and shortness of breath)
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Sudden loss or blurred vision
  • Severe Bleeding; blood in vomit, urine or stool
  • Severe Head Trauma, concussion
  • Loss of consciousness or sudden fainting
  • Severe Abdominal Pain
  • Children with high fever

Urgent Care:

  • Cold or Flu-like symptoms
  • Sprains or strains
  • Infections; ear, nose, throat, eye, and skin
  • Skin Rash
  • Burns
  • Bug or Animal bites
  • Fever
  • Vomiting or Diarrhea

Of course although we are not a substitute for your PCP. When your primary care doctor is unavailable or after hours on weeknights, weekends and holidays, our clinics are open during hours when it is most convenient for you with the inconvenience of illness and injury enters your household.

We are a walk-in clinic so no appointment is necessary. To reduce your wait within the clinic; feel free to Reserve Your Spot. Once reserving your spot you will receiving a confirmation text message with your estimated wait and arrival time.

Your treatment may require follow up with a specialist. If so, you will be asked to follow up with your primary care physician in case you need a referral and your insurance carrier for information regarding specialist coverage. Your discharge paperwork will include any suggested follow up care that may be needed.

All ten of our clinics have an in-house pharmacy that allows for our Physicians to prescribe and fill most common prescriptions while you’re right in the clinic! Saving you time from driving to the pharmacy and waiting for your prescription to get filled, our in-house pharmacy allows the ease of being prescribed and picking up your prescription, all in a one-stop-shop!

We recommend that all prescription refills be filled by the original provider who wrote the prescription. Our physicians may refill medications on a case-by-case basis and only if it is deemed necessary. You will need to be seen and evaluated by one of our providers for all refills where the medication was prescribed by a provider not affiliated with our company. Note that an examination does not guarantee a refill.

No worries! We accept all patients with or without insurance. For self-pay pricing, call any of our clinics and find the one closest to you to discuss pricing.

We accept most major credit cards as well as cash and personal checks.

Never been here before? No problem! Just make sure you bring your state-issued photo ID and your insurance card if you have one. No insurance card? Contact your carrier before visiting to see what you need. Also be sure to bring in any prescriptions you are currently taking as well as copies of recent medical tests that relate to your visit.
